HDO - Half Dozen Outlaws
Half Dozen Outlaws is a Anglo - Swedish clan.
Initially it started with 50/50 swedish and english speaking members. HDO was formed in May 2005 by Kvitung and Outlaw Jones. both member of WSD, When Jonesy did not feel comfortably with the current clan WSD, I on the other hand wanted more tactical training as I was a member of a british clan and was the only one with actual military experiance and training. Jonesy suggested that we should start one clan ourself. I did not mind and Jonsey saw me as an asset to this new clan.
I agreed as long we had a mutual understanding of how we would run it. LittleBig Al joined and quickly became one of the leaders in HDO
I wanted the clan to have the joy of playing games together with a team of mature people, that would be our main focus. Hence, we are carefull in recruiting members. We prefer members who age from 21 and up. The average age in HDO is 31.
HDO was created, with a high standard of gameplay and sportsmanship set. Now we are amongst the top clans in Europe on GameBattles. ( this is 2005 on Ghost Recon 2 )
The clan is divided into two main sections:
Firstly HDO Active: For Competition, Leagues and Ladder matches, Secondly HDO Recreation: For members, family and friends who can not or do not enjoy competition matches but still want to be a part of our great HDO family and spirit.
The countinuing "teething-problems", after a very successful year started to show when we had was two leaders with an outspoken mutual agenda, but a very different attitude what a clan and teamspirit is about. In appointing a trustful member "UKRED" to leader some jealousy developed.
In the end Jonesy left the clan after he realized that his action inside and outside of XBL undermined both his own and HDOs reputation. After Jonesys "RTU" the HDO spirit and reputaion reached
a high limit and a fresh HDO the clan was reconsidered by other clans as of the return of the lost son.
The clan progressed and developed more into a community rather then a competitive clan, due to there´s more games out to play on XBOX live and HDO are no longer a "One game " clan.
Our main interest are to make everybody part of the HDO spirit
What we become are basically really good teamplayers and there no room here for trigger happy killers who only enjoy body counts.

In 2008 after a leader meeting and a year of rest from ladder matches
mostly due there where no suitable game to play, HDO relized that the game we enjoyed is no more, the games development today goes towards, less tactical faster games run n gun games.
The new HDO keeps the community idea and the two sections of HDO:
HDO Elite "Stingers" ( you become a Stinger after you pass a four weeks selection )
HDO regular ( You will be approved after a trial week )
